    Patriot Training and Consulting Cancellation

We reserve the right, at any time, to cancel any class or course due to an under-subscribed program, severe weather or other emergency. In the unlikely event we must cancel a course or class we will take one of two actions. We will either refund all of your tuition or deposit, OR we will reschedule your reservation to the next available course; whichever works best for you.

    Student Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your reservation more than thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the course, we will either refund your tuition minus a $25 cancellation fee, OR, we will reschedule your reservation to a later date to accommodate your schedule.

If you must cancel your registration between thirty (30) and fourteen (14) days prior to the course/class, we will either refund your tuition minus a $50 cancellation fee, OR, we will reschedule you for a later class/course.

In the event that you cancel your reservation less than two (2) weeks prior to the course start date, there shall not be a refund granted. However, you may reschedule for a future class/course for a $10 re-booking fee.

    Why is this the policy?

We take every measure to ensure each student receives the best training and in the safest environment possible. This means we must schedule the correct number of instructors, range personnel, and Range Safety Officers (RSOs) to meet each class size requirement. This is accomplished, based in part, on the expected number of students. Having the correct student to instructor ratios minimizes unnecessary waiting around to shoot and maximizes your overall safety. We will not put too many people on the range and not enough instructors and RSO's where it creates an unsafe training environment. This is why we require at least a deposit and why we have the aforementioned policy.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.
